The Bulgarian Greek Talks 2020 held in Sandanski, Bulgaria on Friday 31/1 and Saturday 1/02 were attended by Mr. Zarotiadis Grigoris Secretary of the EGTC HELICAS, Dean of the School of Economics and Political Science and Anastasiadis Yiannis.

Mr Zarotiadis' speech referred to the European Union under the heading 'European Union: A cross eyed Union', while Mr Anastasiadis addressed multi-level governance and EGTCs under the heading 'European Groupings of Territorial Cooperation as a form of Multilevel'. Governance ».

During the discussion it was decided to explore the possibility of repeating the event in Thessaloniki with the participation of the quadruple helix.
