The work team of HELICAS has implemented several meetings with organizations of the Western Balkans, of FYROM, at the premises of South West European University. Among them are representatives of the Metropolitan Municipality of Skopjie, Municipality of Kumanovo and the National Chamber.

The meeting during which the project of E.G.T.C HELICAS was presented, was held on the 11^th of December of 2015 and is the sequel of the meetings of Sofia, Belgrade and Novi Sad.

The meeting was attended by the Mayor of Kozani, Mr. Lefteris Ioannidis, the President of the Chamber of Kilkis Mr. Pavlos Tonikides, the Professor of AUTH Mr. Zarathiadis Grigoris, the General Secretary of the Municipality of Ampelokipoi  Menememi Mr Athanasios Papageorgiou.
